Before subscribing to the VIP service, please carefully read and fully understand all terms of this agreement, especially the clauses regarding disclaimer of warranties, automatic renewal, and dispute resolution. By clicking to agree, accept, or continuing to use the VIP service, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by this agreement.
I. Scope of Agreement and Definitions
1.1 This agreement is the agreement between you and iFrameo (hereinafter referred to as "the App") regarding the subscription and use of the "VIP Service."
1.2 "VIP Service": Refers to the value-added services provided by the App that require a paid subscription to access. Specific benefits are subject to the details published within the App.
1.3 "Free Service": Refers to basic calendar functions available without payment, such as creating events and setting basic reminders.
II. Service Content
2.1 Free Functions: You may use the App's basic calendar management functions for free permanently.
2.2 VIP Benefits: After subscribing to the VIP service, you will be entitled to the following enhanced benefits:
- Cloud Storage: Enjoy large storage capacity, support for sharing with up to 6 members, and simultaneous login on up to 4 devices.
- Schedule Management: Create an unlimited number of roles and support synchronization with third-party calendars (e.g., Google Calendar, Apple Calendar).
- Meals & Habits: Create an unlimited number of meal plans and habit plans.
- Photo Album: Enjoy large photo album capacity, create an unlimited number of albums, and use all carousel transition effects.
- Gallery: Display an unlimited number of masterpieces in a carousel.
- Clock: Access all personalized clock themes.
- Short Dramas: Short dramas are an independent value-added benefit package. If VIP members wish to use them, they need to subscribe separately.
- We may provide benefit upgrades or promotional offers for VIP members based on operational circumstances. Specific policies will be notified via announcements within the App.
2.3 We may reasonably adjust the aforementioned benefits (including free and paid benefits) in accordance with laws, regulations, policy changes, or our own operational strategies. This includes adding, modifying, or discontinuing certain features or services, and we will notify you via in-app announcements.
III. VIP Subscription and Payment
3.1 You can subscribe to the VIP service on a monthly or annual basis via in-app purchase (IAP). Specific prices are subject to the purchase page.
3.2 Auto-Renewing Subscription: If you choose an auto-renewing subscription period (monthly, yearly), you authorize the App to automatically deduct the fee for the next period from your App Store/Google Play account within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends to extend your VIP status.
3.3 Managing Renewal: To cancel the auto-renewal, you must do so via the subscription management page of your device's app store at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The App cannot directly process deductions or cancellations.
IV. Service Usage Guidelines
4.1 You promise that all actions using the VIP service comply with applicable laws and regulations and do not infringe upon any third party's legal rights.
4.2 You understand and agree that the VIP service is for your personal use within the scope of the law and must not be transferred, lent, rented, or used for any commercial purposes.
V. Privacy and Data
5.1 We will handle and protect your personal information and calendar data in strict accordance with the iFrameo Privacy Policy.
5.2 The VIP service may involve more complex data processing (e.g., AI analysis). We promise such processing is solely to provide you with better service. Without your explicit consent, we will not use your personal calendar data for other purposes or share it with unrelated third parties.
VI. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
6.1 To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure, network conditions, device failures, or third-party service issues.
6.2 The VIP service is provided on an "AS IS" basis. We strive to ensure its stability and security but make no warranties regarding timeliness, accuracy, or completeness.
6.3 In any case, our total liability for your direct losses shall not exceed the amount you paid for the VIP service that gave rise to such loss.
VII. Agreement Modification and Termination
7.1 We have the right to revise this agreement based on operational needs. Revised terms will be announced via prominent in-app notices. Your continued use of the VIP service constitutes acceptance of the new agreement.
7.2 You may terminate the VIP service at any time by stopping the renewal. Upon termination, you will no longer be able to enjoy VIP benefits, and no refunds will be issued for expired or used service.
7.3 We have the right to suspend or terminate your VIP service without refund if you materially violate this agreement.
VIII. Miscellaneous
8.1 The interpretation, validity, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
8.2 Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiations. If negotiations fail, either party may submit the dispute to the people's court with jurisdiction at the location of the App's operating entity for litigation.
8.3 If any provision of this agreement is invalid for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding on both parties.
