DOKE GDPR Informed Consent

Shenzhen DOKE Electronic Co., Ltd. ("DOKE", "we", "us" or "our") is required to comply, in particular, with the EU's General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR"). Any personal data that you provide to us or that we collect about you will be treated in accordance with the principles of the GDPR and as set out in our Privacy PolicyAs set out in our Privacy Policy, we need to obtain and use personal data about you for certain purposes, including ensuring that this Application operates effectively and to provide you the best experience with the Application. Personal data that we may collect includes personally identifiable information, as well as information about your device, network and use of the Application.

Your personal data is accessed by us and our affiliates (including device manufacturers and service providers such as CDN vendor(s), network vendor(s), etc.) only for the purposes of providing service to you, and for other regulatory purposes and legitimate business interests.

I hereby consent that my personal data may be processed, by DOKE, and third parties as explained in DOKE' Privacy Policy, for the one or more specified purposes regarding my use of this Application.

I hereby consent that personal data may also be accessed by DOKE' affiliates for legal, audit, tax and other regulatory purposes and for DOKE' legitimate business interests.

I hereby consent that DOKE may store my personal information, including information regarding my mobile device, my network, and my use of the Application outside of the European Union or European Economic Area as explained in DOKE' Privacy Policy for as long as I use this Application.

I further hereby consent that DOKE may contact me by electronic means through push notifications with details of updates to the Application, DOKE' services, opportunities, products, or contact me to obtain my feedback.

I hereby confirm my understanding that I can revoke my consent entirely or in part at any time by sending an email identifiying myself to support02@blackview.hk or by contacting DOKE as further described in DOKE' Privacy Policy.

Providing our services to you, diagnosing Application problems, providing customer care and support services, improving the Application.

(d) The recipients or categories of recipients of the personal data

Employees of DOKE and its affiliated companies who respond to the inquires as well as external service providers who need to know the data for purposes of providing services.

(e) Storage Limitations

Your personal data will be stored by DOKE for a period necessary for the purposes listed under (c) above, unless applicable law (bookkeeping, tax etc.) allows for a longer storage. See the relevant section of our Privacy Policy for more detailed information.

(f) Access/ Rectification/ Erasure Requests

The individual has the right at any time to request access to and rectification or erasure of personal data held by DOKE or restriction of processing concerning the individual or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability. In these cases, please send an email request identifying yourself to DOKE Data Protection Officer listed under (b).

(g) Withdrawals of Consent

The individual has right to withdraw his/her consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before the withdrawal, by sending an email to the Data Protection Officer listed under (b). (h) Complaints with the Supervisory Authorities

The individual has the right to lodge a complaint with his/her data protection authority against the data processing.

(i) Legal Basis for the processing

The individual is obliged to provide his/her personal data to DOKE (such as device and network information) so that DOKE can provide the Application.

(j) No automated decision making or profiling

DOKE will not use the personal data of the individual for automated decision-making, including profiling.

(k) Further processing

In the event DOKE intends to further process the personal data for a purpose other than that for which the personal data was collected, DOKE will provide the individual, prior to that further processing, with information on that other purpose and any further relevant information, insofar as the individual does not already possess such information.
